1. Using the Website
You can browse public content freely. Some content requires a free account (via Google sign-in). Premium content requires a paid membership.
Account Rules:
- One Google account per person
- Don't share your login credentials
- You're responsible for activity on your account
- I can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
2. Memberships and Payments
When you purchase a membership:
- Payment is processed immediately through our payment partner
- You get instant access to member-only content
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly/annually (depending on your plan) until you cancel
3. Refund Policy
You can request a refund within 7 days of payment. I'll refund your payment minus a 5% processing fee (to cover payment processor charges).
After 7 days, no refunds are provided.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime. After cancellation:
- You keep access until the end of your current billing period
- Your account moves to free tier (access to some content)
- No refund unless you're within the 7-day refund window
5. Content Usage
Public Content
- You can use it anywhere
- Attribution is appreciated but not required
- Commercial use requires explicit written permission from me
Member-Only Content
- For your personal use only
- Don't share, redistribute, or republish member content
- Don't use for commercial purposes without explicit written permission
- While I can't prevent all unauthorized sharing, violations may result in account termination
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (articles, images, code, designs) is owned by me unless stated otherwise. You don't get ownership rights by accessing or paying for content.
7. What I'm Not Responsible For
This website and content are provided "as is." I'm not liable for:
- Errors or inaccuracies in content
- Site downtime or technical issues
- Any decisions you make based on content here
- Third-party links or services (including payment processors)
8. Changes to These Terms
I can update these terms anytime. Major changes will be announced on the site. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
9. Termination
I can terminate or suspend your account if you:
